Jeff Cody is a licensed mortgage broker in Nova Scotia with more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry. As part of Platinum Mortgages and the Mortgage Architects network, Jeff has built a reputation for helping clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence, clarity, and personalized support.
Jeff's financial career began after earning a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with a major in Business from the University of Waterloo. He obtained his mortgage broker licence in 1988 and has since developed extensive knowledge across many areas of the lending industry. His experience includes working with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), lending for trust companies, managing businesses, and helping clients secure financing for a wide range of residential and investment properties.
Throughout his career, Jeff has assisted first-time buyers, homeowners, investors, self-employed professionals, newcomers to Canada, and individuals with unique financing needs. His approach is centered on understanding each client's goals and identifying mortgage solutions that align with their circumstances.
